She was one of the most notorious of the Greek Goddesses, known for her association with battle she was also the goddess of wisdom and handicrafts … a bit of a contradiction skating between the light and the dark. But her many adventures and challenges made her into the strong and confident woman she became. A force to be reckoned with she was feisty, opinionated, and competitive and she owned who she was and was celebrated for it. Often pictured wearing her armour the earrings are mismatched so you get both sides of the coin and so you get to have all the versions of Athena, just like you get to be all the versions of yourself that you choose to be. You will be able to wear your Athena talismans to bring you confidence or feminine power with a little wisdom and feistiness thrown in.

They are intentionally created to feature the melted molten droplets created as the hot coin is pressed into the wax, it is double sided so you can have either the Athena the warrior or the softer depiction of her on the reverse. It is then cast in molten brass or silver using the lost wax casting process.

The earrings have a sterling silver long hook ear wire and are available in Brass and Eco Sterling Silver.
