F R A G M E N T S Ancient Coin Earrings
These minimal, rectangular studs feature the pressed relief of a Ancient Roman coin discovered by detectorists in the South East of England. One earring features the front of the coin with the emperors head and the other is the reverse side of the same coin. They are then cast in your desired alloy using the lost wax casting process. Each pair of earrings is hand made and will vary slightly to the pictures here. They feature the melted molten droplets created as the hot coin is pressed into the wax along with some texture left from the makers tools and hands.
Available in Brass and Eco Sterling Silver each option comes with Eco Sterling Silver ear posts and stud backs.

They measure approximately 2cm in Length and approximately 0.5mm at the narrow ends and up to 1 cm where the coin is pressed.
